- Use Reflexy — a SaaS platform with AI-powered virtual try-on for fashion e-commerce merchants (such as Shopify stores). Our solution allows end users to visualize how clothing would look on their own bodies using generative AI. We also offer Studio Pro for digital model creation and an Analytics tool providing insights on purchasing behavior, conversion, and customer engagement.

Payment Data. Social Media Login Data. We may provide you with the option to register with us using your existing social media account details. If you choose to register in this way, we will collect certain profile information about you from the social media provider.

- Image generation (virtual try-on)
- AI insights (analytics and recommendations)
We provide the AI Products through third-party service providers ("AI Service Providers"). Your input, output, and personal information will be shared with and processed by these AI Service Providers to enable your use of our AI Products. You must not use the AI Products in any way that violates the terms or policies of any AI Service Provider.
All personal information processed using our AI Products is handled in line with our Privacy Notice and our agreement with third parties.
7. HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?
In Short: If you choose to register or log in to our Services using a social media account, we may have access to certain information about you.
Our Services offer you the ability to register and log in using your third-party social media account details (like your Google or GitHub logins). Where you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information about you from your social media provider.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible, then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

Account Information

Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. 12. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.
13. DO UNITED STATES RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?
In Short: If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia, you may have the right to request access to and receive details about the personal information we maintain about you.
We have not disclosed, sold, or shared any personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding twelve (12) months. We will not sell or share personal information in the future belonging to website visitors, users, and other consumers.
